The working group is freely accessible to all KNVI members, with no additional costs. The KNVI rates apply to become a KNVI member. The board is obliged by KNVI to be a member. In other words, a person cannot participate in the board if they are not a KNVI member. The open standards list is freely accessible and can be consulted by anyone, thus pursuing the openness that the working group stands for.
